The external design’s attempts to streamline led to a 2.0-inch shorter roofline than the preceding model. As a result, the space for the headrests of the rear seat is reduced. Every single trim level now has a larger screen than the previous model. The previous model was superseded by this change. While the LE and XLE usually come with infotainment screens that are 8.0 inches in size, Toyota uses a gigantic 12.3-inch touchscreen for the Limited (or as an additional item for the XLE). This system is able to receive updates to its infotainment system through the cloud and allows voice control with the “Hey Toyota” command, all because of over-the-air upgrades.
