Engine & Performance

Two electric motors help a 2.4-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine produce 326 horsepower. This configuration sounds familiar since it shares similarities with the Toyota Tacoma’s powerplant.

When the Land Cruiser was originally introduced to the American market, its starting price was an eye-popping $87,030. However, Toyota now reports that the Land Cruiser will have a more appealing starting price of $57,445.

Considering the Land Cruiser’s five-seat cabin and smaller structure, the decreased sticker makes sense.
